The Croglin Castle is a 6 bedroom hotel with a superb bar and restaurant offering hearty breakfasts to residents and non-residents, as well as traditional home cooked food from 12pm every day using local produce wherever possible.

We are Ideal for coast to coast walkers, offering not only clean and comfortable accomodation, but we have a microbrewery on site, serving a variety of real ales. Our food is all homemade and you can enjoy them by the roaring log fire at the end of a long days walk. All front facing rooms have a view of nine standards. (Weather permitting)

The pub caters for walkers, bikers, campers and locals alike. Accommodation is basic, but clean and comfortable. There are 2 shared bathrooms and most rooms have their own handbasin. The Croglin Castle is situated on the outskirts of Kirkby Stephen next to Stainmore Railway Museum and opposite Pennine View Caravan Site and within easy reach of Kirkby Stephen railway station and town centre.
